Class Instructors

Edward Ho Master Edward Ho is Chairman of the Canadian Chinese Health Qigong Organization. He has been practicing and teaching Health Qigong at various locations across the GTA since 2008. His technical skill level is certified at “Five Duan” with official qualifications as referee at international health qigong competitions. In 2011, he successfully completed the 1st International Health Qigong Instructors Training Course held in Beijing, China and became one of the first internationally certified Health Qigong instructors in Canada. Besides teaching, Master Edward Ho also competes and coaches teams for Health Qigong tournaments. To date he has won the following awards: 2nd place in Liu Zi Jue group and Silver medals in Wu Qin Xi and Liu Zi Jue at 5th International Health Qigong Tournament & Exchange (New York, 2013); 3rd place in Yi Jin Jing group and 5th place Ba Duan Jin individual at the 4th international Tre X-Games (Busan, 2008); 2nd place Ba Duan Jin and Liu Zi Jue individual (Shanghai, 2009); 2nd place in Liu Zi Jue group, Ba Duan Jin and Liu Zi Jue individual at the International Health Qigong Tournament (Vancouver, 2011).

Angela Ho Master Angela Ho, Vice-Chairlady of the Canadian Chinese Health Qigong Organization, has been practicing Health Qigong for years. Her technical skill level is certified at “Five Duan” with official qualifications as a referee at international health qigong competitions. . In 2011, she successfully completed the 1st International Health Qigong Instructors Training Course held in Beijing, China and became one of the first internationally certified Health Qigong instructors in Canada. Besides her work in promoting health and fitness in the Greater Toronto Area, Master Angela Ho is also an active member of the international Health Qigong community. In 2008, she participated as a volunteer at the World Health Qigong Competitions held in Korea. In 2009, she competed in the 3rd International Tournament and Exchange held in Shanghai, and placed 4th in Liu Zi Jue women’s single category. In 2011, she competed at the 4th International Tournament and Exchange held in Vancouver, Canada and placed 2nd in Liu Zi Jue Group category. In 2012, she won 1st place in women's individual Liu Zi Jue and Yi Jin Jing at the 1st Annual Canada International Health Qigong Championship. In 2013, she won 2nd place in Liu Zi Jue group category, Silver in Liu Zi Jue and Bronze in Yi Jin Jing individual category at 5th International Health Qigong Tournament & Exchange.

Stella Ng Master Stella Ng is an instructor of the Canadian Chinese Health Qigong Organization. She is certified with technical skill level “Four Duan” and has official qualifications to referee at health qigong competitions. In 2012, she successfully completed the 1st America Health Qigong Instructors' Seminar and became a certified Health Qigong instructor. In 2011, she competed at the 4th International Health Qigong Tournament in Vancouver and won 2nd place in Liu Zi Jue Group Category. In 2012 she successfully completed the training course of the 1st Health Qigong Seminar For American Instructors with Certificate. In August, 2013 the 5th International Health Qigong Tournament & Exchange, she won 2nd in Liu Ziu Jue Group category, Silver in Liu Zi Jue and Bronze in Wu Qin Xi individual category. Besides promoting health and fitness, Master Ng spends much of her time as an active volunteer in many Greater Toronto Area community groups.


Henry Chan Master Henry Chan is an instructor of the Canadian Chinese Health Qigong Organization. He is certified with technical skill level "Two Duan". In 2012, he successfully completed the 1st America Health Qigong Instructors' Seminar and became a certified Health Qigong instructor. In August, 2013 the 5th International Health Qigong Tournament & Exchange, he won 2nd in Liu Ziu Jue Group category, Silver in both Liu Zi Jue and Yi Jin Jing individual category. Henry also followed Taichi Master Chan Kin Keung to learn Taichi Yeung Style 89 Routines in 1995 to 97 in Hong Kong. He continued his Taichi practice in Fook Moon Taichi Club after his immigration to Toronto. He participated in teaching Taichi Kung Fu Fan and Health Qigong in 2012 at Fook Moon Taichi Club. Besides promoting health and fitness, Henry spends much of his time as an active volunteer in many Senior Clubs and community groups.
