Spring 2012 - Ba Duan Jin Class in Chinatown


Mon Sheong Community Centre Chinatown will be offering Health Qigong Ba Duan Jin Class. Instructor Angela Ho will be teaching on Monday mornings starting April 2nd.

Ba Duan Jin

Ba Duan Jin is considered the most fundamental form in health qigong. It combines constant rotation of joints with contracting and expanding motions of the body to improve agility, strengthen the lower body and dredge the meridian system. This is a beginners' course, which focuses on movements and basic techniques.
