Qigong Exercise - Liu Zi Jue

Liu Zi Jue uses principles of resonance in the vibrations and frequencies emitted from one’s voice to massage the internal organs. As its name implies “Liu Zi”, meaning six words, this Health Qigong form combines mild body movements with six complex sounds to integrate exercise of the external and internal parts of one’s body.

Yi Jin Jing and Ba Duan Jin

Yi Jin Jing, in which the word “Jin” means tendon, is a form that focuses on movements which simultaneously stretches the tendons and opens up various acupuncture points along the 12 meridians of the body. This is a beginners' course, which focuses on movements and basic techniques.
