Qigong Exercise - Da Wu

Health Qigong•Da Wu is created from principles of the Da Wu exercise recorded in ancient literatures. Da Wu uses limb movements, breath and concentration of the mind to regulate the inner organs, promote circulation of qi and blood, replenish vital energy and recover from illness, thus promoting fitness. It mainly focuses on the bending & stretching, rotating & revolving of joints all over the body. It is a set of exercises that help to lubricate joints and purge and guide Qi through dances.
